Shipping

Turn around time is 10 business days, except for preorders. Pre-orders have a turnaround time listed on each individual listing.

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turnaround-time.

Once shipped, expect a 5-8 business day transit time.

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, Spread Love Clothing Co is no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via Spreadloveclothingco1@gmail.com.

Return policy

Here at Spread Love Clothing Co, we strive for high quality items. We want our customers to be happy so if you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue could arise due to ordering the wrong size. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size. Also, make sure to follow our washing instructions as they are essential to maintain the wear of your Spread Love Clothing Co. Refunds

We do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on our part and is decided on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically awarded store credit. We do not give refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
